Baltimore

When we arrived in Baltimore we asked the FBO if they had a discount rate on a hotel for the overnight stay. They did at a hotel near the airport for $139. Marcie wanted to stay near the waterfront, so we bid on Priceline and stayed at the hotel Monaco for $90 in a room that normally goes for $259. The hotel was outstanding. It was once the headquarters building for the B&O railroad. We had a very nice dinner with Richard and Martha. The next day we walked to the waterfront and saw the USS Constellation.
We asked the hotel to arrange for a taxi to take us back to the airport. They arranged for a limo and the rate was only $10 more than the taxi. It was fun to travel in style on the ground (we already travel in style in the air on N21YF!).
